All services are provided subject to availability and mutual agreement between Anna Teresa Voice and the client.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that may cause damage, disruption or reduced accessibility. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

4. Services and Bookings

All service enquiries are subject to confirmation and availability. A project is only considered confirmed once agreed in writing by both parties including scope of work, deadlines, usage terms and fees.

Any changes to agreed work may affect delivery times and pricing and must be confirmed in writing before additional work proceeds.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees will be agreed prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late payment may result in delays to delivery or suspension of services until payment is received. Anna Teresa Voice reserves the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 1998.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

6. Revisions and Usage Rights

Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions as agreed in advance. Additional revisions beyond what has been agreed may incur extra charges.

Usage rights are granted only for the specific purpose, format, duration and territory agreed. Any extension of usage must be confirmed in writing and may require additional fees.

Ownership of the final audio remains with Anna Teresa Voice until full payment has been received.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Where work has already commenced, payment may still be required in full or in part depending on the stage of completion.

Due to the bespoke nature of voice recording services, refunds are not normally provided once recording has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Collaborations and Sponsored Content

Where Anna Teresa Voice undertakes collaborations, product reviews or sponsored content, any commercial relationship will be disclosed where legally required.

Opinions expressed remain honest and independent unless clearly stated otherwise. Inclusion of a brand or product does not imply ongoing endorsement beyond the specific agreement reached.

9. Limitation of Liability

Anna Teresa Voice will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions, scripts and supporting material in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or unclear information may impact delivery schedules.

Anna Teresa Voice is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client supplied content once approved by the client.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Details of how data is collected and used are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law, but might be shares with service providers like website hosting, email platforms and accounting services where necessary to deliver our services. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only for specific purposes.
